Below are several traditional Welcome Week events. We will be posting a full Welcome Week schedule in July 2021.

THE PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEES'  WELCOME

The President and Board of Trustees host a welcome for all new students and their families. During this event, you'll enjoy a meal, music from Belmont student bands, and the kick-off session for Welcome Week.

TOWER JAM AND MEET YOUR TOWER TEAM

This session is the first chance for students to meet their TT group! You don't want to miss this!

THE MATRICULATION CEREMONY

An annual gathering of staff, faculty, students and families to celebrate the heritage of Belmont University and our commitment to community, faith and learning.

SERVE

Our annual community service event sends over 2,000 new students serving into the Nashville community.

LIFE UNDER THE TOWER

This event, led by current seniors, officially welcomes to students into our community. The spirit of Belmont comes together to "insure Belmont College of days more glorious and opportunities more abundant" during a ceremony the evening before classes begin. PARENTS AT WELCOME WEEK

Parents are encouraged to attend our Saturday night and Sunday morning Welcome Week events. We will start our student only Welcome Week events around 11:00am on Sunday.

We will be providing parent communication and connection opportunities throughout the year. If you as a parent have not yet signed up for our parent newsletter, we encourage you to do so: Join our Parent Mailing List!
