Keith Chapman came to Belmont University in December 2013 as the Senior Director of Auxiliary Services. At Belmont, his responsibilities include The Belmont Store, Dining Services, Event Services, Summer Conferences, University Scheduling, University Ticketing, and Vending Services. “I love our students” is a familiar quote. “They are so intelligent, driven and respectful. We are truly blessed with outstanding students, a great faculty, and wonderful staff. Belmont is by far the best, most challenging position of my career.”
His career includes over 25 years experience in Auxiliary Services and another 15 years in the educational food service industry. Before Belmont, he spent over 20 years in the University System of Georgia rising to the Director of College Services at Georgia Perimeter College now Georgia State University. As Director of Dining Services, he led operations at Emory University, The University of the South, Oglethorpe University and Agnes Scott College.
Keith is a graduate of Berea College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Georgia State University with an M.S. in Human Resource Development. He served as President of both the southern region and national Board of Directors for the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), an international association with over 800 member institutions.
Among his many blessings are three grown children and his wife of 34 years, Robin. When not at Belmont or with his family, he can be found on a local golf course, taking long walks, listening to music, or working in his lawn.

Aaron Jerome came to Belmont University in September 2008 as the Ticket Operations Manager and transitioned to his role of Director of Business Operations in 2011. Prior to Belmont, he worked at Tennessee State University as the Director of Ticketing for the Department of Athletics.
Aaron is a graduate of Belmont University with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his Masters of Business Administration from Belmont in 2012.
Aaron and his wife Amy are proud parents of two children, Satchel and Dahlia. They enjoy adventure traveling, hiking, camping and spending time with friends and family. In his free time, Aaron enjoys watching soccer and baseball, playing guitar and listening to music, and woodworking in his workshop.

Andrea Runner serves as the Director of Event Services for the University. She has over 13 years of varied events management experience. Her experience includes planning and coordination for: multiple Country Music Television awards shows; concerts such as Jesus Culture, Sara Bareillis, Phillip Phiilips and others; tour rehearsals that include Dolly Parton, Jars of Clay, and Sugarland to name a few; many professional conferences; gubernatorial debates; and the Presidential Debate '08.
Andrea is a graduate of the University of Alabama-Huntsville with B.S. in Business Administration, and Belmont University with an M.S. in Education. She is a graduate of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) Public Facility Management School. She has certifications as a Meeting Planner, and a Trained Crowd Manager. Her memberships include IAVM and the Association of College Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I). Andrea enjoys music and sports.
